Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Pregnancy Wheel mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Damurka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pregnancy Wheel on a device you own or control, for your personal or professional reference use. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the App — see Intellectual Property below.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the App outside the official app store channels through which it was obtained.
• Use the App to build a competing product or service.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or another user's device.
• Abuse the advertising or rewarded-unlock system — for example, using bots, emulators, or automated tools to farm ad views or bypass purchases.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, national, or international law.

The App — including its source code, design, user interface, branding, logos, and original content — is owned by Damurka and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only the limited license described above; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The Pregnancy Wheel name and logo are trademarks of Damurka. Google Play, Google Drive, AdMob, and Firebase are trademarks of Google, referenced here only to describe how the App uses those services.

The free version of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Details on what data AdMob may process are set out in our Privacy Policy.

The IVF/ART and Redate calculators can also be unlocked for 24 hours at a time by watching an AdMob rewarded video ad to completion. Rewarded ads are not always available (for example, due to network conditions or ad inventory), and Damurka does not guarantee an ad will be available on demand. The 24-hour unlock begins once the reward is granted and does not carry over or stack with additional views.

Pregnancy Wheel offers a one-time Premium purchase that removes ads and permanently unlocks the IVF/ART and Redate calculators on the Google account used to make the purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

Refunds are handled by Google, not Damurka, per Google Play's refund policy. Premium is a feature unlock tied to your Google Play account and is not transferable between Google accounts.

The App uses or links to services operated by others — including Google Play, Google Drive, Google AdMob, and Firebase, described in more detail above and in our Privacy Policy. Damurka does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Your records are stored locally on your device. You may optionally create a local backup file or back up to your own Google Drive account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; Damurka is not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstalling the App, device loss or damage, or failure to enable backups.

You agree to enter accurate information (such as Last Menstrual Period or ultrasound dates) when using the App's calculators. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate estimates.

You are responsible for keeping your device and any account you use with the App (such as your Google account, for Drive backup) secure.

Damurka may suspend or terminate the license granted under these Terms, without notice, if you violate them — for example, by attempting to reverse engineer the App or abuse its advertising or reward system as described in Restrictions on use above. Because the App runs locally on your device rather than through an account on our servers, termination generally means your right to use the App under these Terms ends; Google Play may separately restrict your access to updates or purchases in accordance with its own policies.

You may stop using the App, and end this agreement, at any time by uninstalling it.

Pregnancy Wheel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Damurka does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that every calculation will be accurate in every circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damurka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any medical, health, or data-loss outcome — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Damurka's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
